Ya Dun Goofed

Tila, you might want to tell your fans that it isn't smart to discuss hacking people so openly.

Tila's fans are either very young or completely dense, but here is quick definition as to what defines a stalker in the state of California.
Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows or harasses another person and who makes a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of his or her immediate family, is guilty of the crime of stalking, punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment, or by imprisonment in the state prison.
If an entertainment blog that posts stories of people who are public figures (including posting about the lies that public figure might tell) were guilty of stalking, sites like TMZ and RadarOnline would not exist.

If Tila posts something on Twitter, Facebook, or anywhere else that we can prove is not true, we have every legal right to do that.

Documenting that Enrique Alvarez (@Enrique4Alvarez) plans on attempting to hack or attempting to find someone to hack our blog, Twitter, or Facebook is not illegal. If Enrique does attempt to hack either our blog, Twitter, or Facebook page, we have the documentation stating that he was planning on doing this. Hacking, Tila fans, is illegal.

If you do not like what this blog has to say, you have every right to try to disprove anything we have written. If you can prove any of the stories in this blog are wrong, post it in the comment section, send a message on Twitter, or post it directly to our Facebook wall. If you don't like it simply because you are a fan of Tila and you don't like there is a blog dedicated to documenting her lies, you can make an Anti-Tila Truth blog. Don't start attempting to impede upon our First Amendment right to free speech, though.

Tila, I am a fervent supporter of the First Amendment. With your recent rants, I thought you felt the same way. "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it" is a very famous quote. It is a quote with which I agree. Tila, if you want to gather your minions and attempt to censor this blog or any others like it, let it be known that you are the exact thing you have railed against for weeks.

Update: Tila's fan has admitted that he planned on hacking my blog.

I feel somewhat sad for him. Anyone willing to engage in illegal activity because they admire someone like Tila Tequila can't be too intelligent.
