Out

It must be a very slow news month, because many people are willing to have Tila show up for interviews. She is making her way around New York City, managing to contradict herself in nearly every single interview she gives. We'll wait for her strip club tour to come to an end and attempt to put together a montage of her best contradictions and all out lies. Until then, take a look at what she had to say in a new Out Magazine interview when asked if she considered herself a role model for the gay community:

I was the first one to put out a TV show about bisexuality and a lot of people came out to me at the time and said, "Your show really helped me come out." And then, right after season 2, Katy Perry made "I Kissed a Girl" and then everybody was kissing girls and then Ellen [DeGeneres] came out and everybody started coming out, slowly.

While we must give Out Magazine credit on adding an editor's note that Ellen came out years before Tila made a career out of lying, we wanted to show this so that anyone who might not have read that interview can see exactly how delusional this woman really is.

Let us add another note: Jill Sobule's "I Kissed a Girl" was out (in 1995) before Katy Perry's version and before Ellen (1997) too.

the frustrating thing for me is, she genuinely believes this. she truly believes she is a huge celebrity and that she has tons of fans, her crappy reality show was "groundbreaking" etc and i honestly blame all of these media outlets for adding to that delusion. why are they even giving her any attention at all? she is psuedo internet celebrity who had a shitty reality show on VH1. her music has never sold, she is broke, and only known for taking off her clothes and being engaged to casey johnson. i really wish media outlets would STOP giving this vile woman a platform to speak on. stop interviewing her and inviting her on shows, because it's adding fuel to the fire and completely unnecessary. interview REAL celebrities.

Putain!!! She is NOT a role model for my community! She can fuck off. And she's not a role model for anyone!!! And how dare she even state that because of her Ellen came out, such bullshit!! She needs to slow her roll. And why the hell would Out Magazine even associate with trash like her.

I didn't even know this woman existed, other than a horrid visit to MAD TV, until Casey Johnson died. In the last 3 four months, I've learned more than I ever wanted to know about her. However, i wouldn't have found your blog without her ever increasing mental instability.

As a gay male, I'm insulted that anyone would intimate that Tila Nguyen is a role model for the gay and lesbian community. This woman is slanderous, vulgar and uses her "celebratory" as a way to insult others, promote herself and use her imagination to recreate her life from moment to moment. Is she pregnant today, miscarrying tomorrow, proclaiming her fame and fortune, getting married, adopting or is she just doing internet strip-teases for minors? Without a doubt she IS screaming out lyrics about taking her DJ "raw."

I sent the following note to the editors of OUT magazine because your blog brought their interview to my attention:

With so many people you could have interviewed, why pick this woman? Is OUT magazine really so hard up that they have to do a cheap promotional blitz for a woman who offers nothing positive, over even original, for your community and readers?

Whoa!!...she has no idea of all the famous gay people who came out before her pathetic brain.

I am sure she don't even know Freddie Mercury, George Micheal and others.

Well let's be clear - Katy Perry didn't release a "version" of the song "I Kissed a Girl", she released a song with the same title as Jill Sobule's 1995 song.

..yeah other than that I agree with everything haha :-)

I didn't say cover version. Katy Perry did her own version (noun - a particular account of some matter, as from one person or source, contrasted with some other account) of a song called I Kissed a Girl. Without Jill's version, the people who wrote Katy's would have never thought it up.

Tila claimed not too long ago that she lived in a gated community but i just found out her real address, i don't know if i can get in trouble saying the numbers of her building but her address is MoorPark Street Studo City Calif.
I googled it and found the picture of her condo apartment building. The only thing gated there is to the side of the building. Tila is such a joke and her army really knows nothing of this woman they say they love.

Jill Sobule reference, thank you. I came out at 15 in 1998 and remember going through a phase of looking for lesbian references in music... I honestly had almost forgotten about her, I don't keep up with that stuff anymore. I dunno why I'm even on this blog, really... I'm turning 30 in a couple days and bored I guess. I used to like Tila though I didn't think she was sincere on A Shot at Love - seemed fucked up but eh, forgot about her looked her up again, and now she's a lunatic. Meth is a hell of a drug.
