I can't say I saw this one coming, but many media outlets are reporting on the death of the fake fiance of Tila Tequila, Casey Johnson.

According to TMZ, "Casey Johnson, an heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, has died ... She died in L.A. [and] the body was discovered this morning. She was 30 years old. The cause of death is undetermined."

This is the woman Tila claimed she was going to marry. As with most normal humans, we can't expect Tila to take to Twitter at a time like this. As big of a famewhore as she is, as fake as their relationship might have been, as horrible as she has been to people in her attempt to start a gossip blog, there is no way she'd try to gain attention from the death of someone to whom she was close.



Wait! What is that? Not only did Tila take to Twitter to ramble on about Casey Johnson's death, but now she is going to claim Casey is actually alive and in a coma? I know, I know, it's serious.

OK Magazine stated the LAPD confirmed Casey Johnson's death. Is Tila really so desperate for attention that she is going to LIE about Casey being alive with no concern as to what this could do to members of Casey's family? You know, the people who actually tried to help get Casey into rehab while Tila was busy enabling and throwing a girl in obvious need of help in front of a webcam to strip and simulate sexual acts?



That is how it looks. How many more attention grabbing posts will Tila post to Twitter in the next 24 hours? Only time will tell.
